Owner / CEO

Mr. Pena has over 15 years of experience working in Demolition and Construction Industries. In addition to overseeing all aspects of company business, he focuses on Business Development and the acquisition of opportunities that suit Original Demolition’s diverse capabilities.

He is responsible for procurement, strategic planning, resource allocation, and providing critical oversight to the range of company operations.

His progressive experience from laborer to superintendent to senior management, gives him a unique ability to effectively manage the company’s field resources. He attended Cal State University at Bakersfield for Project Management and Human Resources.
